Abstract

This article aims to analyze the perception of employees of the Administrative Secretariat of the Naburi Post regarding the implementation of the Single Salary Table (TSU) in the context of Administrative Reform in Mozambique. The general objective is to analyze the perception of the employees of the Administrative Secretariat of the Naburi Post about the implementation of the TSU and, more specifically, to understand the public servants' perspectives on the implementation of the TSU, describe the progress and setbacks of the TSU within the Administrative Secretariat of the Naburi Post, and assess the credibility of the TSU based on its impact on the lives of the public servants of the Administrative Secretariat of the Naburi Post. Therefore, the following research question was formulated: What analysis can be made regarding the implementation of the TSU in the Administrative Secretariat of Naburi? Methodologically, a qualitative approach was used, involving 5 participants in the research, utilizing interview techniques and document analysis, with content analysis used for data interpretation. It was concluded that, regarding the TSU, employees of the Administrative Secretariat of Naburi are aware of the Single Salary Table, which aims to define the rules and criteria for determining public servants' remuneration. Finally, it was suggested that the Institution should continue disseminating information about the TSU to make its objectives and the respective adjustments to employees more understandable and accepted, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the salary policy.
