This work, under the theme: the impact of the international migration of Angolan staff on the country's economic and social development, brought up the issue: what is the impact of the international migration of Angolan staff on the country's economic and social development? And its general objective was to analyze the impact of the flight of Angolan staff on the country's economic and social development. The methodology used for data collection was a bibliographic and documentary survey. The results indicate that there are many Angolans living abroad for various reasons. Portugal and Brazil are the largest destinations for Angolans in the diaspora, statistically corresponding to 24,409 and 14,749 Angolan immigrants respectively in 2020. Thus, it was concluded that despite a number of Angolans in the diaspora, the impact of migration international market is still negative for Angola's economic and social development.
