Abstract

This article whose theme is “The impact of working conditions in Angola in the new era. Research Objectives. Case: Street sweepers at Urbanização Nova-Vida”. Work can provide individuals with purpose, financial resources and a source of identity, as well as personal growth, social integration and career development, generating well-being. The workplace can be characterized as an important social context that can contribute to maintaining and improving health and well-being among workers. On the other hand, a working environment with unfavorable conditions can lead to negative results on your health and well-being, as well as your productivity. For the study, bibliographical research was used that helped in the development of the keywords that were part of the theoretical foundation thanks to the publication of several authors who dealt with the same concepts and historical methods that facilitated us in obtaining information regarding the historical emergence of the same operators. and descriptive with a qualitative and quantitative approach. This was a descriptive study, carried out with a sample of twenty workers. Information was collected using a questionnaire. The research results allow us to conclude that working conditions have a strong impact on workers.
