Bankruptcy Process and Company Recovery (2019-2024)

Abstract

The concept of bankruptcy is one of those concepts widely discussed and that usually presents several forms of definition. For example, in this text the concept is analyzed in the form of its most common interpretation in literature, that of bankruptcy as a judicial procedure classified primarily in the procedural, material and economic optics. In the present article bankruptcy is presented from the perspective of Angolan law as an issue from the economic point of view. Its characterization, the genesis in terms of legislation, its legal framework under Angolan private law and the Code of Civil Procedure constitute the main approaches of this document. For the elaboration of the article, a research was developed, which from the point of view of the object is limited bibliographical and documentary consultations with the use of the Angolan Civil Procedure Code, the Commercial Code and other available textual sources that approach the matter of the concept of bankruptcy to attribute the scientific character and clarify the main idea discussed here.
