Contribution of quality of life at work models in the motivation of employees in organizations

Quality of life at work or simply QWL is nothing more than concern for the general well-being and health of workers when carrying out their tasks. That is, it is a model that aims to create, maintain and improve the work environment, whether in its psychological, social and socioeconomic conditions built through the pleasant and satisfactory work environment provided by the organization. The main objective of this work is to analyze the contribution of quality of life at work models in the motivation of employees in organizations, as well as the impact of this concept on employees and the work environment. It is proposed, therefore, to present reflections and analyze the influence of this paradigm on the quality of life at work at Nuke Transports - city of Tete, based on the principle that the quality of life at work is a motivating factor for employees, so that that, for employees, the most important thing from this perspective is their well-being during the execution of their work activities. From this perspective, the present scientific work analyzes the contribution of models of quality of life at work in the motivation of employees in organizations, in the company Nuke Transports in the period from (2020 to 2022).
