Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is playing a fundamental role in the evolution of business management in Mozambique and around the world. This summary aims to analyze the impact of adopting AI on Mozambican companies, emphasizing the challenges and perspectives. Impact on management: Improves decision making, increases operational efficiency, reduces costs; stimulates innovation; automates routine tasks; improves customer service AI adoption faces challenges in Mozambique, such as limited technological infrastructures, shortage of AI professionals, high initial costs and resistance to change. The strategic adoption of AI provides competitive advantage, long-term sustainability. To minimize the fear of unemployment, it is important to invest in retraining the workforce, and collaboration between companies and employees is essential, providing training and skills development programs. AI creates new jobs, in developing, maintaining and supervising AI systems, requiring AI experts and data scientists.
