The consequences of excessive use of cell phone in an improper environment for students and drivers in the socialization process

The beings needed to create machines capable of assisting them in daily tasks, lack of knowledge, awareness, and care in the process of using a cell phone allows people to have certain problems related to the risk to life, health, lack of socialization, depression, and isolation, but this work has the following general objectives: Understand the impact of excessive use of mobile phones on students and drivers in the socialization process. In addition to the general objective, the specific objectives are: Recognize the importance of correct use of mobile phones for society, understand which the advantages and disadvantages of excessive use of cell phones; and understand the impact of excessive use that cell phones bring to people in the socialization process; As for the methodology used, books, articles and websites were consulted, this time fulfilling the assumptions of a bibliographical research, using qualitative methods as an approach, as questionnaires were applied to a sample of 30 individuals, who were selected for convenience, the results allow us to conclude that it is not correct to use cell phones excessively in inappropriate environments, such as in classrooms, while driving, during meals, on the streets when crossing the road, that is, in moments and in risky places, thus contributing to being easily distracted, creating accidents, health problems, addictive habits and consequently a total lack of socialization with others, the challenges consist in the possibility of avoiding using cell phones in inappropriate times and places, as well as the implementation of awareness raising actions (lectures) on good practices on the process of using such IT equipment, thus being able to contribute to mitigating the real problem of the study. The article is divided into 6 parts, from the introduction, theoretical foundation, methodology, analysis and discussion of results, conclusions and bibliographic reference.
