Abstract

The research focuses on analyzing the sustainability of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as an essential tool for the economic growth of Mozambique. The use of the bootstrap technique suggests greater precision and stability in estimates. The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of different independent variables on dependent variables. To this end, a statistical analysis was carried out using the bootstrap resampling technique, with the aim of evaluating the relationships and verifying the stability of the estimates. The results showed that many of the relationships were considered statistically significant. Furthermore, bias was addressed to evaluate the consistency of these estimates. As a main conclusion, it is highlighted that the bootstrap resampling technique provides a precise and stable evaluation of the relationships between variables; however, it is essential to consider bias to ensure the quality of the estimates.
